The Lake Ashton Men’s Golf Association is ready to
welcome the new season in, starting with the Ryder Cup
Tournament on October 7 and 8. This will be a mix of nine
hole matches both with a partner and as an individual. The
format will be the same as the actual Ryder Cup with
players on the two teams to be selected by the computer.
The entry fee will be $16 and includes breakfast, an awards
luncheon, and prizes. The field is limited to 72 players so be
sure to sign up early. Additional players can be added in
groups of four. The tournament is open to all members in
good standing. If you are not yet a member, stop in at the
Lake Ashton Pro Shop for an application. Membership for
the remainder of the year is $15.
