The Lake Ashton Performing Arts Committee invites residents to the re-creation of the musical Christmas production that many of you saw here in 2011: Bethlehem the Beginning: The Oft Told Story. The production includes Lake Ashton residents and Talent Showcase participants Julie Bombard, Kay Prusiecki, and Ruth Berkey, who will be portraying Mr. Mouse, Jasmina (a camel), and an angel/dove, respectively. Dotty Miller is the choreographer, Cindy Smith the stage manager, and Lynn Shelton will direct and reprise her animal costumes. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors to this amazing original story of the nativity through the eyes of the crèche animals. The production will be presented at Hope Presbyterian Church, 2110 Cypress Gardens Blvd., on December 10 and 11, at 7 p.m. There is no charge for admission. A love offering is welcome.
