[CXL]Lake Wales Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

Your ARC committee will begin holding review meetings of the ARC guidelines for accuracy, consistency, efficiencies, effectiveness, alignment to CC&Rs, Bylaws, Florida Statutes, etc.
Not all areas will require change but will be reviewed to record that they were looked at an no change was needed.
The first meeting will be held on April 18th @ 10:00 a.m. - Noon in the Clubhouse Craftroom.
Sections 1-6 of the guidelines will be reviewed as time permits.
All HOs are encouraged to attend to provide feedback and input on how we can make our guidelines better, easier to follow, and user friendly.
These meeting are to identify areas that may require change, but please be advised only the BODs can approve the changes and authorize the guidelines to be updated.
