Lake Wales HOA-Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

The ARC committee will hold its second review meetings of the ARC guidelines for accuracy, consistency, efficiencies, effectiveness, alignment to CC&Rs, Bylaws, Florida Statutes, etc.
Not all areas will require change but will be reviewed to record that they were looked at and no change is needed.
The workshop will be held on May 9th @ 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 in the Craft Room.
Sections 3-6 of the guidelines will be reviewed as time permits., possibly more sections can be covered if time allows
All HOs are encouraged to attend to provide feedback and input on how we can improve our guidelines, allowing them to be easier to comply with and more user friendly.
These meetings are to identify areas that may require change, but please be advised only the HOA Board can approve the changes and authorize the guidelines to be updated.
