Women’s Basic Self Defense Class

A basic self defense class taught by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, February 16 at 10 a.m. will consist of lecture with common sense safety tips on how to avoid being a victim of a crime. Basic safety tips and techniques are also taught to enable women to escape less than desirable situations. Sign up at the Clubhouse Activities Desk.
