Tropical Delight Night will be held Friday, April 15 at 6:30 p.m. in the Clubhouse Ballroom. The dinner menu, provided by Fire at Lake Ashton, includes Caribbean chicken with pineapple salsa, confetti rice, corn fritters with sweet dipping sauce and mango ice cream. The Sarasota Steel Pan Band will provide the evening’s entertainment. Tickets are $30 per person, includes tax and gratuity, and go on sale at the Clubhouse Activities Desk March 8 at 9 a.m. To reserve an entire table, all eight tickets must be paid in full.
