Residents can utilize the Polk County Library Cooperative Bookmobile that will be parked at the Clubhouse west parking lot Tuesday, May 24 from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Borrow up to five movies, audio books, and other books that include new books and bestsellers (not to exceed a total of 20 items). Items are lent for two weeks. New library membership is available to anyone owning or long-term renting and residing in Lake Ashton. New membership requires a photo identification and proof of address. New members are limited to borrowing four items the first checkout. Come to the bookmobile May 24 and check out the services Polk County Library Cooperative has to offer.
