Women’s Self Defense Class

Crime can happen to anyone at any time. Be prepared by
taking this free Women’s Basic Self Defense Class in the
Clubhouse Ballroom on Wednesday, September 27 at 2 p.m.
The class is being taught by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office
and will consist of lecture with common sense safety tips on
how to avoid being a victim of a crime. Basic safety tips and
techniques are also taught to enable women to escape less
than desirable situations. The class is approximately one and
