According to the June 10 LA CDD minutes:
"The owner of the property did request a continuance for that meeting so all of that discussion has been diverted to July 12. The city planners at Winter Haven are very communicative with Lake Ashton and they want everyone to know the tentative plan is for an assisted living facility."
