Event Scheduling at the HFC

Event chairs will have the opportunity to stop in the HFC Activities Desk from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on December 1 and 2, then December 5 through 9 to renew their ongoing activities for 2017. This needs to be done in person by the designated Chairperson to verify contact information, etc. If you chair a seasonal activity (fall thru spring) you can renew either in spring after the season is over or during this timeframe to end in December of 2017. Ongoing event room/time availability will be on a first-come, first-serve basis and only go through 2017. If you wish to reserve a room for a special birthday, anniversary, or other one-time individual event, you may do so at any time again depending on availability. No phone calls or emails please.
