Attention in the camp. Attention in the camp. The Lake Ashton Veterans Association (LAVA) Memorial Day events will commence on Monday, 27 May! The activities will begin with an outdoor ceremony at the Veterans Memorial at 10 am followed by an indoor ceremony 11 am in the Clubhouse Ballroom. Afterwards, a Memorial Day lunch (either hot dogs or hamburgers, Nini’s famous chips, baked beans, iced tea or water) will be available for $13/ person. Purchase tickets for the lunch at either Activities Desk. The outdoor and indoor ceremonies are free, and all Lake Ashton residents and visitors are invited to attend.
