There is a tour scheduled for The Center For Great Apes, a sanctuary for orangutans and chimpanzees, on November 20. There are currently 52 animals at the sanctuary. A group from Lake Ashton will carpool to the center in Wauchula. The tour lasts around 1.5 hours. The cost is $25 per person and this is considered a donation. The carpool will leave Lake Ashton at 9:30 am for a 10:30 am tour. Questions? Contact Linda Ross with any questions.
