Senior Slow Pitch Softball
There is currently a group of Lake Ashton residents who play with the Winter Haven Senior Softball Club, and they are looking for more to join them! Any man over the age of 55 or woman over the age of 50 years
has the opportunity to play the game they loved growing up. Games are played at the DiamondPlex Complex across from Polk State College. Games are played on Tuesday and Friday mornings starting at 9 a.m. Cost is just $50 for the year which
includes two uniforms, four social events, and a year’s worth of fun and exercise. Official league play runs from the first week in January through the Friday two weeks before Easter.
