I am taking into consideration the risk of exposure to the Coronavirus, and am changing the location of the paddle trip scheduled for this Friday, the 20th. Our previous trip would mean the use of a shuttle, which means that all of the drivers would need to be transported in the same vehicle from point A to point B. I am not comfortable doing this, so I am changing the location as per the information below. This is an out and back trip, so no shuttle involved. I have just spoken to the owner of the rental concession, and he assures me that he is washing down all of his equipment, boats, paddles, PFD's etc after each use with a bleach solution.
I know we have just done this paddle. but I can't put together anything else in the short time frame.

VENETIAN CANAL AND KRAFT AZALEA GARDENS
FRIDAY, MARCH 20TH
Paddle through the Venetian Canal to the Azalea gardens and back in Winter Park.
Meet at the clubhouse parking lot, east side where the golf carts are parked at 8:30 AM, and we will leave as soon as everyone is there.
Trip Info: Launch at Dinky Dock County Park in Winter Park, 410 Ollie Avenue, paddle a short distance along the shore of Lake Virginia into a small canal that leads into Lake Osceola, then through the Venetian Canal, a very picturesque canal leading into Lake Maitland, then along the shore till we reach the take out point at the Kraft Azalea Gardens, where we will get out and take time to smell the roses, ur, azaleas.
The total distance each way is less than a mile and a half, an easy paddle.
After exploring the gardens we will paddle back the same way.
Skill Level - Novice to intermediate
Bathrooms - At the launch and at the Azalea Gardens
Lunch - pack a lunch to eat at Dinky Dock Park after the paddle.
