LACDD Board of Supervisors Candidate Forum Question Deadline

On November 3 Lake Wales residents will vote to fill two seats on the Lake Ashton Community Development District Board of Supervisors. To learn more about the candidates running for election, residents are encouraged to attend a Candidate Forum on Monday, October 5 from 10 - 11:30 am in the Clubhouse Ballroom.
During the scheduled Forum, candidates will answer questions submitted by residents. To submit a written question for consideration, please place in the lockbox located in the Club Office, (open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm) or email toThis email address is being protected from spambots. Only questions including the name, address, and signature of the person submitting will be considered for inclusion. When submitting questions via email please be sure to include your full name at the bottom of the email to serve as an electronic signature. Questions of a personal nature, or those mentioning a candidate by name will be avoided. "Live" questions from the audience will not be taken, so please submit all written questions by the above deadline.
A resident not participating in the forum will select the questions to be asked, as it may not be possible to ask all submitted questions due to time constraints. A total of 10 questions will be selected.
Fred Halde and Cynthia Halde, both Lake Ashton residents, will be the Moderator and Coordinator, respectively, for this forum. Due to capacity limitations residents that choose to attend in-person should sign-up by visiting the Activities Desk or calling 863-324-6032. The forum will also be accessible via Zoom to the first 100 residents by using the information below.
