Document One: Ballot Item One is a proposed complete revision of the current CC&Rs. (Link to View Ballot Item One document) If Ballot Item ONE is adopted, ALL of the sections of the Master Declaration will be restated in their entirety, removing outdated information with all the previous amendments and changes inserted in their proper places, so that you can read it all in one place without having to reference any of the earlier documents.

Document Two: Ballot items Two through Eight are changes some residents have asked for, but other residents might disagree with, so we gave each of those proposals their own ballot number and we put those on a separate document.  (Link to View Ballot Item Two through Eight document)
