LAKE ASHTON CONTINUING EDUCATION SERIES (LACES)

"Lace up" and come down to the Clubhouse Ballroom for a series of monthly classes aimed at enriching the mind, body, and spirit. The series starts on December 8 in the Clubhouse Ballroom with UF/IFAS Extension Polk County pushing residents to think "Beyond Quinoa" and explore the rich flavors, textures, and benefits of the other delicious whole grain options such as millet, amaranth, farro, teff, and buckwheat. Enjoy learning about the grains and then experience a food demonstration and tasting of dishes highlighting these delightful and nutritious foods.
