FIVE WISHES

Join Cornerstone Hospice on Tuesday, April 19 at 10:30 am in the Clubhouse Ballroom for the Five Wishes class. This presentation goes through the Five Wishes document which is an easy-to-use legal advance directive document written in everyday language. It helps all adults, regardless of age or health, to consider and document how they want to be cared for at the end of life.
