Someone once said, “Beautiful things come together one stitch at a time,” and it couldn’t be more true. Women are works of art that are still in progress no matter the age. Every one of our Lake Ashton ladies are Carefully Crafted and are still beautiful works in progress. Celebrate the beautiful person that you are and are still becoming while enjoying an afternoon of friendship, fellowship, and food at the Carefully Crafted ladies’ luncheon on May 13 at 11:30 am in the Clubhouse Ballroom. A variety of wonderful local female-owned businesses will be in attendance for you to visit and peruse before lunch will be served. Each vendor will have a special offering for the ladies in attendance, such as Oasis Spa with some spa services, Avon with a basket full of products to raffle, and many more! Ashton Tap & Grill will serve a delicious plated meal consisting of a turkey and gouda croissant, primavera pasta salad, sliced fruit, and a beautifully crafted cookie for dessert. You can view an uplifting fashion show for women of all shapes and sizes put on by Michelle’s Resale Closet. Tickets go on sale for $17 on April 4 at the Clubhouse Activities Desk after Monday Coffee.
