The Lake Ashton Republican Club is holding a Firecracker Candidate Jamboree at the HFC on Saturday, July 9th from 4 to 7 pm. Candidates for the following positions will be participating: U.S. House Districts 15 & 18; FL Senate District 12; FL Commissioner of Agriculture; Polk County Commissioner; and Polk County School Board. Blackburn’s BBQ is catering the event and tickets can be purchased at the Clubhouse Activities Desk for $15 each.
