As we move into the "Golden Years" it's time to reassess the way we think about our health. We hope you will join Laurie Heverly, LA's fitness instructor, and special guest, Joel Eyres, a Transformation Coach, who will present Simply Healthy.
Laurie and Joel will talk about positive changes you can make to improve your eating habits without pills or gimmicks. They will talk about how important it is to keep moving!
By incorporating more vegetables and protein into their diet, cutting down on sugar, and adding exercise designed for the individual (and good old fashioned will power), Joel has helped LA residents develop healthy eating habits and exercise routines. And, these individuals have lost, collectively, over 200 lbs.!
Joel works with on-line clients to successfully become healthier. His focus is on healthy eating and moderate exercise, with seniors in mind. His positive can-do attitude is a plus! Joel is a member of NASM
{National Academy of Sports Medicine). He is a Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified NASM Personal Trainer, and has a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Florida. Joel also offers Mindset Coaching (for those that feel that they are not quite ready to start an exercise or nutrition program).
