LA Spinners (Lake Ashton Road Cycling Club) are looking for road cyclists to ride most weekdays at 8 am, starting at the HFC. Rides vary from 20 to 40 miles per ride, at 14 to 16 per mile pace. All rides are on light traveled roads south of highway 60 and alway "no drop.” Contact Calvin Eakins  for more information.
