This “Face to Face” program will be a conversation on emergency preparedness, planning, resiliency and survival for everyone including people with disabilities, and caregivers.
Remember, in a disaster:
 All disasters are local
 It’s not about the plan, it is about the planning (W.D. Eisenhower)
 plan like no one is coming to help
  government cannot respond quickly
