Yes, there is a way to improve your appearance with exercise! And it’s pretty simple. In a special Workshop, we’ll address Facial Toning Exercises and Practices to help you relax your autonomic nervous system, improve circulation to the skin, and feel more calm in social situations.

Kim, our Yoga Instructor, will offer tips for caring for one off your most valuable assets--your face! The benefits go beyond your signature smile. With practice, the benefits are smoother skin, reduced puffiness in the face, and slimming your neck/chin skin progression with overall rejuvenation.
