Meet Rebekah Spangler, our certified POP Pilates Instructor & Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who loves to find fun, new ways to stay active. She believes that workouts should be enjoyable, not dreaded, and loves to work with ALL fitness levels. We agree!
POP Pilates is a sculpting lower-intensity workout that allows you to truly tone muscles from head to toe. With high-energy music and a fun atmosphere, it feels like a dance on the mat! With focus especially on the core muscles, POP Pilates will help with balance, as well as flexibility and endurance.
Classes will begin Tuesday, December 10, at 10:30 AM at the HFC. This introduction is free, but classes will be $5. Please bring your own mat.
