The Lake Ashton (Lake Wales) Homeowners Association's primary purpose is to enforce restrictive covenants applicable to the Community, to provide architectural and aesthetic control; and to take such other action as the Association is authorized or required to take with regard to the Community pursuant to the Governing Documents. The Association shall operate, insure, maintain and repair all property and related improvements conveyed to the Association by Declarant as Community Common Areas, if any. The HOA does not own any property. The HOA is governed by Chapter 720 of the Florida Statutes.
Meetings are typically held the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm in the Clubhouse Craft Room.
